Payment information
Suhayo store accepts all major credit cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express + Paypal payments - all through Paypal system. You don't have to be registered to PayPal in to complete your order.
The process is very easy. Once you confirm the order in Suhayo store you are automatically redirected to Paypal site where you have the option to proceed as a registered Paypal member or complete the payment as a "guest", enter your credit card data and follow the on-site instructions. If uncertain of the success of your payment please email us at info.suhayo@gmail.com.
We also accept orders via bank wire transfer (prepayment), where details of the payment are as follows:

Shipping & Delivery
Your order will ship withing 2-3 business days from receipt of your order and payment. If you've provided a valid email address, you automatically received a shipping confirmation email that confirmed your order/payment. Parcel / package usually arrives within 3-5 days, depending on the distance from Slovenia to your country. Sometimes less (neighbor countries) and sometime more (more distant countries). No more than 12 days should pass, so if that happens, let us know!
We are cooperating with the TNT that provide the shipping service for the most countries.

At Suhayo store we are committed to respecting your privacy and we agree to honor your right to privacy and will not share your information with other marketers and/or third party companies, persons, etc.

All we will ever do with the data entered when you complete the order is that we'll use your e-mail address to notify you of our activities (with our newsletter you will receive updates, new product information, discounts / coupons, special offers, etc). The scheduled newsletter sending is approximately once a month.
We honor your time being with us and shopping in our e-store, so we don't want to push it too far. We know you'll keep coming back because of our great offer and high quality products, so interfering with your private life with too much e-mails sent to you is a no-no for us!
Returns & Replacements
Your satisfaction and high quality is our priority, and we're not just saying that!
All Suhayo products are hand-made in the heart of Europe (Slovenia) without any additives for wood treatment. Wood naturally restrains the development of bacteria.
Did you receive the wrong product?
We gladly accept unused product returns within 14 days of purchase for a full credit toward future purchases. Shipping charges from you to us are not refundable though. Send and e-mail to info@suhayo.com, describe the mix-up, and we'll do the rest.
Did you receive a damaged product?
If you receive a damaged product, we will replace the product or issue a credit to your account, whichever you like more. Send an e-mail to info@suhayo.com, describe (attach a photo) the damage to the product and we'll take it from there.
